We’re writing to inform you of a scheduled maintenance window for the Allotrac 1.0 platform to implement a critical infrastructure update.

Date: 15-03-2025
Maintenance Window: 1 pm AEST --> 8 pm AEST

Impact:
The platform will experience a period of unavailability during this time.
This update is required to maintain compliance and security standards enforced by our cloud infrastructure provider (AWS). The upgrade will move our platform to a supported version of Kubernetes, ensuring ongoing stability, performance, and security. Delaying this update would pose a potential risk to the platform’s long-term reliability.

We understand this notice is short, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. We’ve taken steps to ensure minimal disruption and will have our team monitoring the rollout closely.
